Area Coordinator

The Area Coordinator is responsible for the management of a 800-900 apartment bed spaces for college students. This role ensures a high-quality residential experience through effective supervision of 2-3 live-in Graduate Assistants, co-supervision of 12-16 live-in undergraduate student staff, and additional student employees as needed. Oversees all aspects of building operations including community-building efforts, facilities issue liaising, occupancy data management, and other needed functions. Serves as a student conduct case officer. Provides significant input for program development in building. Shares on-call duty with other professional staff. Completes department assignments, administrative tasks, training, leadership, and customer service. Supports other departmental operations and programs as needed.
