Assistant Residence Director – Women’s Quads

The Assistant Residence Director (ARD) is a 10-month, full-time, live-in position for a woman who is to provide support and assistance for the Residence Director (RD) in the supervision and direction of the residence complex learning community.  The successful candidate is to help create a culture and maintain an environment that challenges students to develop academically, emotionally, physically, socially, and spiritually. The candidate must also be able to work with a diverse population of students, faculty and staff and be able to assist students in integrating their faith and living within the residence complex. Responsibilities include the supervision and development of Resident Advisors, mentoring student residents, program development, and performing administrative duties.

A meal plan, cell phone stipend, and on-campus housing are provided.
