Director of Student Engagement

The Director of Student Engagement plays a strategic role within The Center for Academic Thriving and across the residential campus. This role helps to create and implement strategic initiatives that help students thrive in their first year and beyond. The role will be responsible for collaborating with the Dean of Student Thriving to help improve student thriving and enhance retention. In partnership with faculty and student development staff, the Director oversees a comprehensive first-year experience that will facilitate student success, foster a sense of community, and increase retention.
