Residential Development Upper-Class Coordinator

Friends University is seeking to fill the Coordinator of Residential Development – Upper-class position in Wichita Kansas. This position is responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and developmental educational opportunities within residential communities. Responsibilities will include

• Assisting in the selection, training, supervision, and evaluation of multiple resident assistants and senior resident assistants. This includes on-going mentoring and supervision throughout the academic year.  
• Develop, organize, and plan educational and social programs for residents – independently and in coordination with other residence life staff
• Provide support, counsel, and referrals to residential students.
• Serves as a member of the “after hours” emergency response rotation. Monitors students conduct and implement Residence Life policies and procedures.
• It is a requirement of this position to live in university housing and eat in the Casado dining room
